Glucagon is a hyperglycemic agent used to treat severe hypoglycemia when a patient is unable to take oral glucose (e.g., unconscious patient). Administer via IM or IV. Provide food as soon as patient is able to safely swallow.

HINT: When the glucose is all GONE, take glucagon
